We hope everyone had a great holiday season! 2013 is here and Slush Series is back after a 5 week break! Dust off those brake pads and start scrubbing in those tires!

Slush #4 will take place on a single pad, so for $35 (membership fee extra) you can get your feet wet on an AutoX course at the BC Driving Centre! See our forum thread for sign-up info!

Slush Series #4 is part of our 2012-13 Slush Series, a UBCSCC annual winter tradition.

(Please familiarize yourselves with our 2013 UBCSCC AutoX Supplemental Regulations as well as the Good Neighbour Policy we adhere to while we gratefully use that area of Pitt Meadows before signing up)

It is time for our Welcome Back AutoX event! Use this event to test and tune your cars for our upcoming winter autocross championship series – The Slush Series. Or if you’re a student of AutoX 101 the day before, come out again and test out your new skills!

We’re having a Show N’ Shine – Ice Breaker get together on the Rooftop of the North Parkade on campus to kick off our new school year! Starts at 5:30pm (right after class!) and ends at 9pm on Friday, September 28th! Free pizza, refreshments and club swag! Meet fellow UBC car enthusisasts and learn more about UBCSCC and Autocross! UBCSCC’s AutoX 101 school is back! Our school offers instructions from senior drivers catering to those brand new to the AutoX. Sign-up priority goes to those who has only driven 1 or fewer events first, and then those who are Novice drivers and up to 5 events second. We offer this event for $80 and capped at 20 drivers and has always sold out in the past, so sign up quick!

We are also looking for volunteers to help run this event (cone chasing mainly). Please e-mail Graeme at information@ubcscc.com if you want to lend a hand! We offer lunch and fun runs in return!
